Boys High School XC Wins First Ever Sangamo Title, Baisden Takes Top Medalist, Sets New School Record!

Auburn High School Boys Cross Country won the Sangamo Conference meet for the first time in school history on Saturday in PORTA. Junior school record holder James Baisden led the way and finished 1st in the meet. Baisden rebroke his own school record with a time of 14:59.90. Junior Wyatt Thurman finished 4th and Junior Jacob Barth rounded out the medalist spot with an 8th place finish. Trojans will hit the course on Saturday the 26th in Olympia at IHSA Regionals.
